The Penthouse also has a common lounge area on the upper level composed of a living/dining room and a private panoramic terrace with unique views of the rooftops of Rome.

The Royal Suite Condotti Apartment with Private terrace is situated on the 5th and 6th floor of the annex building in Via dei Condotti 48, close to Via del Corso the main shopping district of Rome. Check in and check out procedures are done in the main building, in Via dei Condotti 85.
